The Silent Witness Network is a state-wide non-profit organisation of multicultural individuals and groups committed to advocacy, community education, and training for primary prevention on family violence.

Primary prevention entails working with families and communities, not just those at risk of committing or experiencing violence. TSWN aims to build the capacity of families and community members to participate in prevention activities within their localities, workplaces, and organisations.
